Access to the Portal is granted exclusively to authorized distributors, partners, and prospective partners of Kompozit LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Upload malicious content or interfere with Portal operations.
Share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Materials available through the Portal, including pricing, discount structures, partnership terms, and internal documents, are confidential business information. You agree not to disclose this information to competitors or unauthorized parties.

5. Disclaimer

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kompozit LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Portal features at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kompozit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Portal.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
